PC Bang is a Korean name for LAN gaming centers, where people meet and play against each other in multiplayer video games. This type of space combines three typologies: a cinema, a sports bar and a computer room.
Part of the studio’s directives was to use recyclable materials, such as the ones I chose to design the building with: aluminum sheets, cardboard pipes and concrete sewage pipes. These were cut, folded, placed next-to and on-top-of each other to create a complex building that contain a bar, a lot of single, double and multi playing rooms, and some small and large watching areas.
